Q: When is the next shop update?
A: Shop updates are approximately every three to four months, and are always announced in the banner at the top of the homepage and on Instagram (@thesoucyshop and @philipmsoucy)
Q: How do you ship items?
A: Everything is shipped through UPS. We've have repeated problems with the postal service and no longer offer that option. If you need a different shipping option, please contact us prior to checkout. All items will be well and carefully wrapped prior to shipping.
Q: Can I pick up my items instead of shipping them?
A: Yes, pickup is available locally in Pittsburgh. Just use code "YINZ" at checkout to waive shipping costs.
Q: I'm interested in a custom piece. Do you do commission work?
A: Yes, on occasion. Please reach out over email or through Instagram direct messages to discuss what kind of work you're looking to commission and we'll talk about potential next steps.
