Q: When is the next shop update?

A: Shop updates are approximately every three to four months, and are always announced in the banner at the top of the homepage and on Instagram  (@philipmsoucy)

Q: How do you ship items?

A: Everything is shipped through UPS domestically in the US, or via DHL or FedEx for international. We've had repeated problems with the postal service cannot recommend that option. If you need a different shipping option, please contact us prior to checkout. All items will be well and carefully wrapped prior to shipping. 

Q: Can I pick up my items instead of shipping them?

A: Yes, pickup is available locally in Pittsburgh. Just use code "YINZ" at checkout to waive shipping costs. 

Q: I'm interested in a custom piece. Do you do commission work? 

A: Yes, on occasion. Please reach out over email or through Instagram direct messages to discuss what kind of work you're looking to commission and we'll talk about potential next steps. 

Q: I'm interested in wholesale or design industry pricing. Do you offer discounts on bulk or industry order? 

A: We will consider wholesale partnerships but do not have a lot of availability currently to take on additional partners. However, reach out to us to discuss and we'll see what's possible if we are a good fit. For industry pricing, please reach out for options.
