PRODUCT INFORMATION

Due to the nature and one of a kind quality of the objects, sculptural pieces will vary slightly as each is a unique piece of art, the piece you receive might not be an exact replica of the piece depicted, but will be similar in style and proportions.

Objects are noted in the description whether or not they are food safe.

 

SHIPPING 

All items are in stock, unless noted otherwise, and ready to ship. Orders are processed and mailed within one week of receiving payment. If you have special shipping requests or would like to place an international order outside of what we currently offer please send an e-mail to elise@oatmeal-shop.com to discus product availability and shipping options.

Made to order items may take up to 12 weeks to be created and shipped out.

Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS, within the US it is expected to arrive within a week after shipping, though delivery dates are not guaranteed. International orders may take longer, please consider this when ordering.

International orders made be subject to duties and fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

 

RETURNS

We would like for you to be happy your purchase, so if you don't love an item please email us to start the returns process within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount excluding original shipping cost will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and for the safety of the product for their returns back to OATMEAL

If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we can replace the item. We will only be able to replace any damaged items if notified within 7 days of delivery.

 

CARE

Vessels and objects are made of a durable stoneware or porcelain, though each is still susceptible to breakage if mishandled.

If you need to clean any of your pieces, we recommend hand washing with a clear soap.
